Become a Vendor
The Expo is held the day before the Triathlon at SMCC from 10am-2pm for the participants to pick up their registration packets. While there, we offer them the opportunity to review and buy from vendors whose products and services support the Triathletes.
Each booth space is 10’x 10’. Maine Cancer Foundation provides an 8’ table and 2 folding chairs. You are welcome to bring your own table coverings and tent with weights (weights are required). The expo is on pavement, so you will not be able to use stakes to secure your tent. Tents cannot exceed the 10’x 10’ space.
- The cost of the booth space is $300
- Non-profit groups that are cancer related will be given a free booth space on Saturday only.
- Retail vendors who have provided a product to MCF in the form of an incentive prize or finisher prize may purchase a one-day booth for $175 or a two-day booth for $300.
Retail vendors may NOT bring any products like that which have been ordered by MCF for our fundraising prize package. Maine Cancer Foundation reserves the right for those products to be exclusive to the top fundraisers who earned them, and not for sale.
Expo vendors can also purchase a 4’x 8’ corrugated plastic banner displaying your company logo for $300. The banner will be placed on the race course finish chute. If purchasing a banner,
please email a high resolution logo (eps preferred) with your vendor agreement to [email protected]
All Event Sponsors will be offered a booth space at the Expo. Banners will also be provided to Sponsors on the race finish chute: Strength and Determination Sponsors will receive one banner, and Endurance Sponsors will receive two banners.
Maine Cancer Foundation reserves the right to confirm or deny the purchase of a booth space dependent upon whether the company or organization is deemed appropriate to the event. Booths will be selected on a first come, first served basis; avoiding duplication of products or services.
